Over the last week, i was mainly running about to town for the Chingay Parade thing. Ok, so the cheers are dumb, but doing the cheer rocking required lots of guts and enthusiasm shouting the childish cheers and shakin the pink maracas. It was like a big, pink, gay party. And it required thick skin to do what the bunch of us did- squeezed shamelessly into the VIP sector and created our own fort, dived in front of cameras for the media coverage and screamed for all the attention in the world. To shann, jon, jamie, ming song, kian hong and anthony, guess what ppl? Our efforts paid off, refer the newpaper on sun. haha.It was really fun and the madness was incredible. To jon, aka future president, hope to see u on the big float thing soon! Haha. Salute!Coming wk is wk7, or more notoriously known as SPA week. Its gonna be sai with all the chem theoretical backgrd to memorise.. but then again, its also valentines week. Hm, how many roses are gonna be plucked for its short lived message? And how much money s gonna be splurged on the showerings of love while children in 3rd world countries die cos of the lack of it? Sigh. They say roses are red and violets are blue. Well, a blue rose would be a nice change. Its unique, majestic, beautiful and chemically enhanced, but nevermind the last point.
So well, to all lovers and those still awaiting, here s abit of what true love is.
